The City of Hartford City is accepting bids for the purchase of the city-owned lots located at 802 S. Pearl St., 806 S. Pearl St. , 414 N. Monroe St., and 705 W. Franklin St., Hartford City, Indiana.
Bid forms are available at the Mayor’s Office and must be submitted to the Mayor’s Office no later than July 21, 2026.
The minimum bid for each property stated above is as follows:
802 S. Pearl : $9,500.00
806 S. Pearl : $9,500.00
414 N. Monroe : $9,800.00
705 W. Franklin : $4,820.00
All bids received by the deadline will be reviewed and considered by the city.
